He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Homer Scruggs, Katherine Scruggs, Earnest Kirby and Barbara Morris. He is survived by: his parents, Flora Scruggs Spivey and Daniel R. Morris (Kimberly); and his children, Daniel, Harper and Bentley. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, followed by multiple cousins, aunts, and uncles.
