He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Kara Hamilton (Aaron), Carla Taylor (Brad) and Carmen Burke; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Aubrey Hamilton, Layla and Braden Taylor; his siblings, Elroy Jr. (Alice), Kenneth (Laura), DeWayne, Gina and Janet Smith (Darren); and his brothers-in-law, Reginald, Vincent and Terry Wayne Scruggs. He is also survived by loving family members, neighbors, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church (1301 N Goodlet Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
