She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel R. Kocsis and Mary Ann Kocsis (Gorski). She is survived by: her children, Tammy Marie Boyer (Shaun) of South Bend, Tara Lyn Zmyslo (Andrew Benedict) of Woodlands, Dennis Zmyslo (Christine) of Rome City and Thomas Zmyslo, Jr. (Jennifer) of Carmel; her grandchildren, Brandon Boyer (Maddie), Zachary Zmyslo (Olivia), Kevin Zmyslo (Delia), Johnathon Zmyslo, Kathleen Zmyslo, Jackson Benedict, Mia Benedict, Colin Zmyslo, Marin Zmyslo and Mallory Zmyslo; her siblings, Rosemarie Morrison (Richard) and Ronald Kocsis (Eva); and her brother-in-law Terry Zmyslo (William).
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kaniewski Funeral Home (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (2822 Corpus Christi Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). An entombment will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (24980 IN-2, South Bend, IN 46619).
Memorial contributions may be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Church or The Hospice Foundation in Diane's honor.
