It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William L. Baker (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Baker and Leona Mae Schuman; and his siblings, Frieda Lyons, Phyllis Osting, Ronald Baker (Ronnie) and Charles Baker (Billy).
He is survived by: his wife Martha B Baker (Morris); his sister Carol Loyal (Jim); his sons, Brian Baker (Mary), Craig Baker (LaDonna) and Keith Baker; and his stepchildren, Leah Miles (Steve) and Mitchell Shipp (Nicole). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at the Washington Park East Cemetery (10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
