He was predeceased by: his mother Violet Rose Elkins (Montgomery). He is survived by: his father Robert Elkins Sr.; his wife Lori; his children, Devon Elkins and Alicia Elkins; and his sister Penny W. Counterman (Eric).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home (220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, IN 47885). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
