She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond "Ray" Hines; her parents, Ruth Parmerlee and Ralph Parmerlee; her grandmother Maggie Kimbrell; her siblings, Joseph Parmerlee, Stephen Parmerlee, Jennifer Karandos and Tina Parmerlee; her son-in-law Donald "Donnie" Beverly; her nephew James "Jdub" Warren; and her great great grandchild Isabella Bowers.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly "Valkyrie" Azan, Bobby Dunning, Angela Beverly (Donnie) and Gwendolyn Pyle (Mark); and her sisters, Jill Coffy and Ruth Anne Parmerlee. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to a local animal shelter.
