She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Walton and Jessie Walton (Payton); her son Gregg Smith; and her sisters, Imogene Kennedy and Geneva Chandler.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Smith of Indianapolis; her son Eric C. Smith of Whiteland; her sister Vicki Newlin (Joel) of Orleans; her caregiver Judy Smith of Orleans; her grandchildren, Kelli Nicole Smith and Tori Madison Smith; and her great grandchild Bella Marie Teltoe.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McAdams Mortuary (500 SW 1st St, Paoli, IN 47454). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
