She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Phillips and Elvira "Veda" Phillips (Fosso); and her grandparents, Charles and Antonia "Anna" Velona-Fosso. She is survived by: her cousin Ann Marie Smyth; and her friends, Jackie Lunsford and Sister Barbara McClelland.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery Chapel (435 W Troy Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 25th 2026 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (2446 S Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46225).
