We announce the death of Carole Kelly (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 93. Carole will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy McVey and Mildred McVey; her husband Bill (Bill); and her daughter Carla Burge-Shields. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Waddell; her daughters, Brenda Blanchard (Chris) and Lori Barnett (Denny); and her grandchildren, Mike Cassiero (Carrie), Paul Burge (Anne), Kelly Brackin (Lawrence), Ashley Cassiero, Jake Cassiero, Darin Barnett (Sarah) and Derek Barnett. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care - Indianapolis Chapel (7520 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
