He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Starkey and Lucille Starkey (Osborn); his wife Helen Starkey (Sarkine); his brother Robert Taylor Starkey Jr.; and his nephew Richard Starkey.
He is survived by: his daughter Selena (Suiter); his son-in-law Jerry; his grandsons, Ballard (Lauren Piotrowski), Cole (Halle) and Jasper (Mia Masterson); his niece Beverly McLaughlin (Starkey); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Collins (Sarkine) and George Collins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Indiana Funeral Care East (1307 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46219). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the T.C. Howe Alumni Association (howehornets.com) in Jack's name.
