Claro touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marco Medrano and Catalina Cruz of Medrano. He is survived by: his sisters, Rosa, Paz, Juana and Carmen; his brother-in-law Feliciano; his nieces and nephews, Yvette, Cathy, Edwin, Stephanie, Nereida, William, Beverly, Mila and Leo; his sisters, Kimberly and Kristine; his brother-in-law Kevin; and his significant other Bob. He is also survived by his partner and a multitude of friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Raymond Funeral Service (5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646).
