James A. Plascyk

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James A. Plascyk of Norwalk, Connecticut, who passed away on January 2, 2024 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James A. Plascyk to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his wife Margaret M. Plascyk; his parents, Francis B. and Marie Horan Plascyk; and his siblings, Francis, Joseph Plascyk, Mary Neubauer and Katherine Mahaffey.
He is survived by : his daughters, Barbara Slopak of Colchester, Mary Kopas (David) of Norwalk and Carol Farrell (John Cleary) of Barrington, RI; and his grandchildren, Katie Giliberto (Jon), Daniel Slopak, Emily Kopas, William, Lauren and Shannon Farrell. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A mass of christian burial will be held on Friday, January 5th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (203 East Ave, Norwalk, CT 06855). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 5th 2024 at the St. John Cemetery (223 Richards Ave, Norwalk, CT 06850).
