She is survived by: her mother Ann Norgart of Rock Island, Illinois; her stepmother Karen Dawson of Galesburg; her son Andrew Dawson of Clear Lake, Iowa; her stepdaughters, Cassandra Gilson-Hunt of Galesburg and Christy Gilson of Galesburg; her sisters, Cindy England (Dan) of Coal Valley, Jenny Hinrichs (Rick) of Rock Island and Sherri Dawon (Janice Crysel) of Jacksonville, Florida; her grandchildren, Aidan, Jocelyn, Tristan, Jessica, Hanna and Brandon; and her stepsisters, Julie Bacon (Greg "Chops") of Galesburg, Judy Magee (Tom) of Williamsfield and Jodi Hanen of Galesburg. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Watson-Thomas Funeral Home & Crematory (1849 N Seminary St, Galesburg, IL 61401). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for the benefit of her grandchildren.
