He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Anna Miller (Stulir); and his brothers, William S. and Darrell. He is survived by: his children, Richard Stropes (Beth) of Missouri, David Miller (Mary Kathleen) of Macomb, IL, Melissa Brown (Dan) of Washington, IL and Krista Bieneman (Jesse) of Morton, IL; and his grandchildren, Weston, Ethan, Jack, Ben, Anne, Danny, Edwin and Madelyn.
