He is survived by: his wife Margaret Partlow of Springfield, IL; his children, Jeff Partlow of Springfield, IL, Mark Partlow of Springfield, IL, Matt Partlow (Shannon) of Chatham, IL, Jon Partlow of Springfield, IL and Jennifer Lipscomb of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Olivia Partlow, Emma, Eli Partlow, Genevieve and Josephine Lipscomb; and his sister-in-law Ellie Meyer of Shorewood, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (221 E Main St, Arcola, IL 61910).
