With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Leonard Lewandowski (Norridge, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Lewandowski and Irvin Lewandowski; and his brother Ronald Lewandowski. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Lewandowski, Mary Kainu (late Kenneth), Judith Lewandowski (Fiance' Louis Tenuta) and Diane Green (late Christopher); his cousin Maryellen Friedman (Richard); his friend Bill Bradt; and his nieces and nephews, Ted DiVito (Dawn), Tonine DiVito, Fawn Lewandowski (Steve Tobias), Andrea Milker (Steve), Kara Hewett (Dan), Jonathan Kainu, Austin Green (Melanie Kulatilake), Alyssa Green (Ryan Walker) and Aiden Green.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). Viewing will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Francis Borgia Church (8033 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634). A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
