He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl and Gladys; and his brothers, James "Dickie" Richard, Byron "Danny" Richard and Terrance "Terry" Richard.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Kealey of Janesville, Wis.; his sons, Timothy "Tim" Richard and Theodore "Ted" Richard (Ankie); his grandchildren, Danielle, Anna and Luke Richard; and his sister Susan Glade. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, January 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church (4011 Major Ave, Madison, WI 53716). The military honors will be held on Monday, January 15th 2024 at 10:45 AM and at 11:01 AM. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:10 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (1827 N Washington St, Janesville, WI 53548).
