She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Summers and Mildred Summers (James); her husband Eugene Frion; and her siblings, Amanda Summers, Ella Sauer, Lavinia Metoxen, Rita Summers, Emaline Schultz, Milton "Tony" Summers and Lou Anne Green.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Frion of La Quinta, CA and Mary Graves (Todd) of Green Bay, WI; her grandsons, Jon Frion (Sereen) of Green Bay, WI, Connor Kestell of Green Bay, WI and Justin Welton of Ankeny, IA.; her siblings, Noel Cleven of Oneida, WI, Arvilla Summers of Orem, UT, Lynn Summers (Claire) of Oneida, WI and Philip Summers (Theresa) of Phoenix, AZ; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Monte Powless-Perez, Adonte Mercado, Kingston Pamonicutt and Landyn Jordan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (N6135 Seminary Rd, De Pere, WI 54155). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
