Richard Otis Garber

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Garber and Winifred Garber (Whitney); his in-laws, Kenneth and Helen Orr; and his brother-in-law Gary Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Orr; his children, Gary Richard Garber (Mara Deutsch) and Laura Anne Garber (Henry Wuensche); his grandchildren, Allison Helen Garber, Samuel Kenneth Garber, Helen Sky Castillo-Madeen and Richardo Castillio-Flores; and his sister Jane Collins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Congregational United Church of Christ (716 S Madison St, Green Bay, WI 54301). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
