He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shook and Nancy Shook (Turner); and his former wife Gloria. He is survived by: his wife Shiela Fowler; his stepchildren, Stephanie Killam (Jason), Kyle Killam (Abbey) and Katelyn Bolwerk (Mat); his grandchildren, Tyler, Brooke, Hailey, Rowan, Reagan and Fynn; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Lucas, Braylee, Aiden and Hadlee; his siblings, Jeff Shook (Bridgette) and Amy Simer (Steve); his nephew Eric Shook; and his nieces, Leah Garber and Emma Hagen (Cody). He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church (740 E College Ave, Appleton, WI 54911). A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
