It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Halbersma of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Halbersma and Willemijntje Halbersma (Minnie); and his sisters, Lena Jansen, Elizabeth Dykstra (Hank) and Nellie Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Alice (Jansen); his children, Wanda Anderson (Mike) of Sherry, John Halbersma (Cathy) of Vesper, Wendy Lorence (James) of Nekoosa and Jerry Halbersma (Tania) of Rudolph; his siblings, Louis Halbersma (Virginia) of Vesper and Marie Devries (Frank) of Randolph; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon Fuller and James Jansen (Nancy) of Wisconsin Rapids.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Reformed Church (1321 32nd St N, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
