He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlynn Hayes and Anna Mae Hayes (Dean). He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanne Peters (Charlie), Karen Losh (Larry), Bill Hayes (Pat) and Jim Hayes (Laurie); his nieces, Jennifer Lewis and Cathy Tison; and his nephew Jimmy Peters.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Erickson Funeral Home (243 N Judgement St, Shullsburg, WI 53586). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at the St. Matthew's Cemetery (508 S Park St, Shullsburg, WI 53586).
