He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Helen; his sister Judy; his brothers-in-law, Dave Nielsen and Richard Borel; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Carmella Borel.
He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Borel; his children, Scott Toutant (Wendy), Danny Toutant (Juli) and Lisa Yeagle (Chris); his grandchildren, Buxton Toutant (Molly Soda), Juneau Toutant, Daelyn Toutant, Erica Verwey (Brandon), Luke and Mitch Toutant; his great grandchildren, Mia and Olivia Verwey; his brother Terry Toutant (Lorrie); and his sister-in-law Bobbi Borel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the CDT Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home (803 Main St, Racine, WI 53403). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials to the Hoy Audubon Society or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital have been suggested.
