He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bluemke and Margaret Bluemke; and his sister Betty Marie Hartwig (Howard). He is survived by: his children, Susan Getzel (Walter), Christine Miller (Scott) and David (Bonnie Beavan); his grandchildren, Janet Pawlowski (Zachary) and Joseph Getzel (Emily); his great grandchildren, Alexander Pawlowski, Gabriel, Oliver and Sullivan Getzel; and his sister Laurene Harschutz (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Blessed Savior Lutheran Church (15250 W Cleveland Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
