He was predeceased by: his parents, Malphias Smith and Verila Smith (Silas); and his siblings, Mike, Earl, Melvin, Terry Smith and Judy Adams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Ann Smith and Lori Anne Smith; his grandchildren, Chanel Winter Garcia (Zachary T. Peterson), Isabel Catalina Garcia and Gabriel Garcia Jr. Cecil; and his great grandchildren, Lilianne Salas and Olivia Yukino Peterson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Apostles Episcopal Church (2937 Freedom Rd, Oneida, WI 54115). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
