She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Franklin and Olive Ann Albee (Smith); and her husband Stan. She is survived by: her children, Steve Brossard (Sue) of Green Bay, Stuart Brossard (Bonita) of DeForest, Stanley Brossard (Pamela) of Traverse City, MI, Sally LeClaire (Michael) of Green Bay and Stacy Smedema (Toby) of Cambria; her grandchildren, Sarah Seeger (Jason), Ben Brossard (Emily), Shane Brossard (Amy), Shauna Heuvelmans (Jacob), Joshua LeClaire (Stephanny), Elizabeth Mosupye (Trevor), Jordan LeClaire (Alicia), Bo Smedema (Megan) and Kirsten Smedema; and her stepsisters, Pat Beske of Beaver Dam, Catherine Mitchell of Pardeeville and Sue Mohr of Waupaca.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (121 W Florence St, Cambria, WI 53923). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the Cambria Cemetery (N6889 WI-146, Cambria, WI 53923).
Memorials may be directed in Shirley's name to the First Presbyterian Church or the Cambria-Friesland School Booster Club.
