He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Burlingame and Marge Burlingame (Wilson); and his in-laws, Ken and Kit Sime. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sime; his pet Duke; his siblings, Mickey Jensen (Chuck) of Janesville and Bill Burlingame (Diane) of Milton; and his brother-in-law David Sime (Pam) of Florida. He is also survived by four nieces; and many friends.
