It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Kay Cauffman (Fennimore, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gratz and Florence Gratz (Rech); her husband David O. Cauffman; her granddaughter Vicki Arndt; her brother Ron Gratz; and her parents-in-law, Lester and Emily Cauffman.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Blackburn (Dave), Cindy Arndt (Terry), Connie Jackson (Jeff), David Cauffman (Peggy) and Dan Cauffman (Allison Tydrich); her grandchildren, Kimberly Blackburn, Levi Blackburn (Stacy), Kayla Ludwig (Josh), Adam Jackson (Lindsay), Andy Jackson (Marissa Larry), Samantha Alesi (Rick), Holden Cauffman (Amanda), Kaleb Cauffman (Kylie Jo), Isabela Cauffman, Walter Cauffman, Natalie Tydrich, Glen Tydrich, Ella Nickel and Ivy Nickel; and her sister-in-law Jean Gratz. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (1075 Adams St, Fennimore, WI 53809).
