He is survived by: his wife Catherine Laux; his daughters, Joyce Jorgensen (Paul) and Tara McPeak (Shannon); his grandchildren, Michael McPeak (Jennifer), Kat McPeak (Al) and Jacklyn Jorgensen (Zach); his great grandchild Novin McPeak; his brother Tom Boyson (JoAnn); and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Wendt (Rick), Nancy, Linda Gruett (Glenn), Suzi Rank (Mike), Lynn Laux and Bob Laux. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
