She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Case and Clifford Case. She is survived by: her son Kevin Michael (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Maeve and Michael.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (5001 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church, the BVM Sisters of Charity, or Agrace, in memory of Pat.
