It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Richter of Neosho, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Richter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Bud" Richter and Linda Richter; his in-laws, Art and Ruby Rowoldt; his mother-in-law Charlette Blinzer; and his brother Tom Richter.
He is survived by: his wife Gwynne Lee Richter (Rowoldt); his daughters, Tina Carles (Bob) of Lubbock, Tyia Kemnitz of Neosho and Tonia Doering (Keith) of Farr West, Utah; and his grandchildren, Allysan Hernandez (John), Lane, Kase, Austin Carles, Cheyenne, Lucus Kemnitz, Caitlyn and Tyler Doering.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Belle Cemetery (700 E Grove St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066).
