He was predeceased by: his sons, Robert and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Rita Wilson; his children, Richard Neveau (June), Roger Neveau (Laurie), Renee Dietz (John), Rock Neveau (Sandie) and Rebecca Main (late Jack); his grandchildren, Richard Neveau, David Neveau, Nicole Preston, Kristin Chin, Carrie Hubert, Kevin Dietz, Tyler Neveau, Dylan Neveau, Max Neveau, Blake Main and Turner Main; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Elizabeth Neveau, Samuel, Aaron, Violet, Lily Chin, Ellis, Delilah, Margo Hubert, Henry, Ellie Neveau, London, August and Alexandra Main.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (2597 Glendale Ave, Howard, WI 54313). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Dick's love for children and family, memorials are preferred to the Green Bay Children's Museum.
