He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Wachholz and Irmagard Wachholz; his wife Shirley Mielke; and his friend Janet Kriescher. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Wachholz (Kristina) and Kevin Wachholz (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Brady, Addyson and Kylee Wachholz.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Helke Funeral Home (302 Spruce St, Wausau, WI 54401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
