As Marilyn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Marilyn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Marilyn leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Roach and Hannah Roach (Evenson); her husband Harold Rotzoll; and her siblings, John Roach and Ruth Fenno.
She is survived by: her daughters, Adrienne Smolinski (Chris) and Erica Symons (Josh); her grandchildren, Nathan, Ally Smolinski, Charlie and Cole Symons; and her sister Anna Luebke (Larry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schneider Life Celebration Center (1770 E Racine St, Janesville, WI 53545).
