We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2024 we had to say goodbye to William R. Dazey of Akron, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin Dazey and Sarah Dazey; and his siblings, Bob and Patty. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie; his children, Laura Detwiler (Don) of Uniontown, OH, Thomas (Dhu) of Blanchester, OH and Joseph of Fairlawn, OH; and his sister Sandra Beckwith. He is also survived by three granddaughters and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home (547 Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44312). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the North Springfield Presbyterian Church (671 Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44312).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to North Springfield Presbyterian Church.
