He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cabassa and Rose Cabassa (Sorge); and his sister Veronica Cabassa. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Steven Cabassa (Pam), Michael Cabassa (Irene), John Cabassa, Debra Piero (Dave) and Patty Walker (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Kristan Preston (Bill), Kelly Finelli (Sean), Steven Cabassa (Holly), David Piero (Laura), Mikey Cabassa, Daniel Piero, Jake Walker, Crystal Thompson (Robbie), Alan-Michael Cabassa, John Cabassa, Jr., Alec Walker (Melissa), Missy McDermitt (Brian), Josh Leask, Angela Prato (Jeff) and Candace Sinkovich. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Regina Coeli Catholic Church (663 Fernwood Blvd, Alliance, OH 44601). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Regina Coeli Catholic Church.
