He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Marie Stone; his daughter Tanya Marie Durham; his parent William "Preacher" Stone; his grandfathers, Grover Williams (Cleo) and William Stone Sr. (Martha); his great-grandparent Kibbie Bell (Nora); his sister Mary Louise Stone; his uncles, Zeddie and John Stone; his cousins, Dale and Jonathan Stone; and also Mary L. Stone.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wade Stone (Kim) of Akron, Ohio and Cassandra Johnson (Roy) of Canton; his grandchildren, Tyland Durham, John Battle and Johniyah Battle; his niece Maryanne Stone; his nephews, Andre Stone and Edward Stone; and his uncle Carlos Stone. He is also survived by cousins, relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stone Deliverance Evangelical Temple (595 Copley Rd, Akron, OH 44320). A burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
