It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Faulkenberry of Plantation, Florida, born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, who passed away on April 16, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Herbert and Clara Herbert. She is survived by: her husband Chip; and her children, Walter of Boca Raton, FL and Katie (Taylor).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Boyd-Panciera University Drive Chapel (1600 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024).
